I started with a technique that created the watercolour looking background. All that I did was colour on a plastic bag with my Stampin' Write Markers. Then I spritzed it using the Stampin' Spritzer. This helps to spread and bead up the colours. Lastly, I laid my piece of Whisper White card stock over the bag and smoothed over it with my fingers, holding it in place for about 10 seconds. When I lifted it, I had my desired watercolour background, which I stamped over once it dried. (Yes, I was impatient and used my heat gun!)
I coloured the flowers with my Stampin' Write Markers and when I was satisfied, moved on the create the dragonfly. It was fun and relaxing to work on this card and I'm happy with my results.
